Spring from your bed with Dahn Yoga
It’s getting warmer and warmer and seems like it’s already Spring in Texas. When the weather changes some people catch cold and suffer from allergies. I would recommend to practice Dahn Yoga at your home. It’s not difficult at all. Any body can do it. First, sit down comfortably on the floor with the half lotus posture. If it is not comfortable for you, then you may sit on a chair. Second, place both of your hands on your knees having the palms facing upward. Close your eyes. Imagine that you are in the middle of a very peaceful, warm and cozy forest. Birds are singing and butterflies are flying in the sky happily. Breathe naturally. Watch how you breathe in and out. As you breathe in, you take in Cosmic energy which will make your body healthy and your mind clear. As you breathe out, you exhale stagnant energy out of your body.
Do this for 3 minutes. Remember, the thing is to relax and focus on your breath. Relax your shoulders. Let the tension in your chest go. It only takes a few minutes to practice Dahn Yoga for your health. This is a very basic and simple example of breath work for beginners. I hope all of you to enjoy energy training and breath work.
